Joining up Services across Health and Social Care. 3rd National Conference. To be held at the Ambassadors Bloomsbury Hotel, London WC1.
The NHS End of life care strategy is central to the NHS reforms currently taking place. This summer, the Palliative Care Funding Review is due to make its final report on a “fair and sustainable” system and will propose a funding system that is fair to all sectors, encourages the development of community-based services and supports the exercise of choice.

@jenny Leach: I am afraid I cannot afford to waste any more time on waiting for the audio quality to improve.I will try the 'on demand' and hope as you say that it 'will be fine'.In the meantime I am logging off!

@stc: i hope the audio will a little better after lunch, the speakers i am sure are not mubbling. there seems to be a woodpecker in the room also

@jenny Leach: I cannot hear what is being said and now the text on the slides is blurred -so difficult to get the most out of the session!!
