As well as holding his position at St Martins, Dani Salvadori is Head of University Enterprise Development at the University of the Arts London. Her remit is to increase income through trading, collaborative projects and fundraising while building expertise in the college and broader university in enterprise, knowledge transfer and innovation.

Before starting work at Central Saint Martins in 1994 she worked in international cultural exchange. She manages a team of 45 at CSM and a small central support team.

Dani is particularly interested in innovation processes in the arts and design. She is involved in a personal capacity in creative businesses in publishing and architect-led property development and is a trustee of Space Studios.
