Steven Weeks is lead policy adviser for NHS Employers (the employers organisation for employers in the NHS) on employee engagement issues. This includes research on and promoting good practice in employee engagement, work on the staff pledges NHS Constitution and the NHS Staff Survey. Steven has worked for NHS Employers since 2006. Prior to this Steven worked as an independent research analyst and was a national official for a major NHS trade union for ten years.
