Martin is Senior Lecturer in Information Management at Cass Business School and also course director for the BSc in Management at Cass. His research interests centre around pedagogy and the scholarship of teaching and learning, He is particularly concerned with the response of different generations to technology in an academic setting, and in how management students can acquire the ability to become effective independent learners. He has also been looking at the use of technology to transform experience of learners where the principal mode of instruction remains face-to-face, for example through personalisation.
