Cath Dillon

Cath Dillon joined Participle as Enterprise Director in January 2012, focussing on developing the national network of Circles. Circle is an innovative, membership-based preventative service to anyone over the age of 50, supporting individuals and communities to lead the lives they want to lead, genuinely transforming the market for the provision of older people's services.

Previously Cath worked for over 20 years in a wide range of leadership roles across the voluntary and community sector including Action for Children and Macmillan Cancer Support as well as locally with Community Links in East London, Citizen’s Advice and Women’s Aid in West Yorkshire. Cath completed a MSc in Voluntary Sector Management in 2006 from City University, London having originally graduated with a BA (Hons) in Applied Social Studies.
