Fiona Marriott has worked in public libraries for 25 years and has experience of working with elderly and disabled customers; reader development; digital library services and library management.

She is currently employed as Adult Services Manager for Luton Culture, a charitable trust that provides arts; libraries and museums on behalf of Luton Borough Council.

Her current role involves developing the library service’s online presence; a personalisation project with day centre clients and the use of volunteers to add value to existing library services.
