Dr Nick Leach is a General Practitioner in Market Harborough in Leicestershire. The Practice there runs an Enhanced Service for the Travellers who live in their area. This Enhanced Service has been the model for the Pace Setters Programme for Traveller Services. Dr Leach gave evidence to the Pace Setter (DOH) Programme and also to the discussion at the Cabinet Office regarding the Programme. He has been a Trainer of General Practitioners for the last 30 years and is a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners. He currently Chairs the Leicester Faculty of the RCGP and is Chairman of the Melton Rutland and Harborough Locality of GP Practices.
