Paul Evans is Director of Business Excellence at Liverpool John Moores University, UK Excellence Award winners in 2008 and EFQM Excellence Award Finalists in 2009. He has more than 20 years’ experience of quality and change management in industry and the university sector.

He holds a Bachelors Degree with Honours in Business Studies from the Liverpool Polytechnic (now LJMU) and a Master of Science Degree (with distinction) from the University of Leicester, UK. He is a
Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute, and a Chartered Quality Professional.

In addition to his University role, Paul is Chairman of North of England Excellence Ltd, a regional partner of the BQF and EFQM. He is a regular speaker at national and international conferences on business excellence-related subjects.
