Kenny Archibald
Kenny is currently the research assistant for the University of Hull’s (Student Support Services) input, in partnership with the universities of Newcastle and Sunderland, to collaborative project on the effects of integration on student retention as part of the nationwide ‘What Works? Student Retention and Success’ project, funded by HEFCE and the Paul Hamlyn Foundation. His background in sociology and social anthropology informs his research practice, and he also contributes to teaching in these areas on a number of full- and part-time degree programmes. Kenny is further involved in mentoring students with disabilities, again through the University of Hull Student Support Services.
