Jennie Godsalve is an Engagement Advisor for Creative & Cultural Skills, the Sector Skills Council for Craft, Cultural Heritage, Design, Literature, Music, Performing Arts and Visual Arts. Jennie has worked on the Creative Apprenticeship project for over two years, engaging employers in the programme. This work has resulted in over 300 Apprenticeships being delivered across the country, helping to diversify creative and cultural sectors and ensure accredited training in partnership with national colleges. Prior to working at Creative & Cultural Skills, Jennie led a team working for a large recruitment company advising small, medium and large businesses on their training and recruitment needs and skills development for all levels of staff.
