Second she has undertaken a number of interim management positions for a range of arts organisations including the Royal Shakespeare Company, Welsh National Opera, English National Opera and the Hayward Gallery. Caroline is currently interim Chief Executive of Creative & Cultural Skills. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
