Lydia Snover has been with MIT since 1971 and is responsible for establishing the university’s first institutional research office in 1986. She directs the provision of analytical support for senior administrators, and the deans for graduate and undergraduate education as well as academic departments. She is also a member of MIT’s Institution Review Board on Animal Care.
