Professor Mas-Colell is one of the world’s leading mathematical economists. Alongside his distinguished academic career, he has served as general secretary of the European Research Council and minister of economy and knowledge on the government of Catalonia. He is co-author of the widely used graduate textbook Microeconomic Theory.
