Ellen Hazelkorn is Director of the Higher Education Policy Research Unit (HEPRU) at Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland, and Policy Advisor to the Higher Education Authority (HEA), Ireland. She is also President of the European Association of Institutional Research (EAIR). Ellen publishes widely on issues of higher education policy, and is chair and/or member of many international higher education review teams and boards.
