Phillip Boothe is a volunteer and student at the Recovery College. He was instrumental in the development of a pilot website for the ‘College. He is involved in the planning and organising of termly enrolment and other events at the ‘College. He also handles IT related issues, and manages attendance records, for the ‘College.
