Emma Thomson has over 20 years’ experience as a policy specialist in economic development. Her career began north of the border at Scottish Enterprise, the economic development agency for Scotland. She moved to London in 1999 where she worked for business campaign group London First before becoming Head of Strategy at the London Development Agency.

Since early 2007, Emma has been a freelance project manager, branching out into a more diverse portfolio of work including education, planning, regeneration, business development, sport/event management, community development and the charity sector. Emma joined Pathway in late 2013 to help progress their plans to set up a Medical Respite Centre for homeless patients.
