Cath is currently the Development & Training Manager with Northamptonshire Youth Offending Service. Having worked in the youth justice system since an unspecified date in the late 20th Century, Cath has been a practitioner and has managed a number of functions within YOSs, including Restorative Justice.

Her interest in ethics within the criminal justice system leads to a belief that restorative approaches are the right way to work in direct service delivery, and particularly when linked to diversionary activity. She is also committed to developing restorative practices in the way organisations operate day to day.
