Louise Terry has been teaching law and ethics to health and social care professionals since 1998 in the Faculty of Health and Social Care, London South Bank University and is Affiliate Faculty at the University of Washington, Bothell, USA. A former biomedical scientist, Louise has a law degree and doctorate in medical law and ethics. Her doctoral thesis explored the withholding and withdrawing of medical treatment building and she has published widely in relation to her research interests which include ethics education and the improvement of decision-making in health and social care practice.
