Dr Mohammed A Rahim
Mohamed Rahim is currently a Senior Associate in Faith Associates, responsible for developing strategies on safeguarding children in Mosques and Madrassahs.
He has also co-authored the ‘Madrassah Management & Safeguarding’ guide with the intention of reaching as wide an audience as possible within the Muslim communities. He regularly delivers safeguarding/child protection training in Islamic educational institutions around the country. Additionally, he undertakes audits/operational analyses of Mosques and Madrassahs to help Management committees implement good teaching practices and governance structures within their environment with a key emphasis on safeguarding/child protection issues.
He is currently a member of BSCB single agency CP training support group: member of the BSCB e-safety sub-committee and member of the NSPCC national advisory group for safeguarding children in the Muslim community.
