Meg Dunn

Meg Dunn, Senior Lecturer in Marketing with the University of the West of Scotland Business School, is an experienced marketer, with 25 years’ experience in consultancy, focusing predominantly on marketing research and business planning.

Having started her marketing career in South Africa, she continued developing practical experience whilst working with the (former) University of Paisley University in the 90s, where she specialised by teaching research, Marketing of Services and Consumer Behaviour.

After 5 years in industry, she returned to the University of the West of Scotland and was promoted to Senior Lecturer in 2009. Having this responsibility led to an ongoing interest in the Student Experience and this is now her PhD focus but she retains a commercial orientation, conducting projects in the services, voluntary and retail sectors.
