Lesley has many years of experience working in the HE sector, in a variety of lecturing, management and leadership roles, taking up her current role involving VL Development in October 2010. Here, her focus is on developing a team of high quality and highly engaged Visiting Lecturers to enhance the teaching provision within HBS. She is also an accredited Coach/ Mentor within UH and researches into both the impact of this approach in leadership development, and Inquiry based teaching and assessment.
