Mark McCourt is Chief Executive of Beluga Learning, an education technology company, and Chairman of the Teacher Development Trust. Formerly Senior Director at Tribal, Mark has extensive experience in technology enhanced learning across all age and ability groups.

Having spent many years as a Director at the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics (NCETM), Mark is an expert in all aspects of mathematics teaching and learning and has been a driving force in raising standards in mathematics education. Mark has also been a school leader, AST, inspector and teacher trainer.

He now works with a range of organisations across the world and specialises in the pedagogies of technology enhanced learning, learning analytics, adaptive learning and artificial intelligence.
