Dr Julian Huppert MP
Julian Huppert is the Member of Parliament for Cambridge. A former research scientist specialising in the structure of DNA, Julian was elected in 2010 with a majority of nearly 7,000.
In Parliament he has sat on a number of Bill Committees and on the Home Affairs Select Committee, which has held enquiries into areas including policing and drug policy reform.
He is also Co-Chair of the Liberal Democrat Parliamentary Party Home Affairs, Justice and Equalities Committee and Co-Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group for Drug Policy Reform.
