Dr Graham Rich
Graham Rich is Director of Health Services for The Boston Consulting Group in the UK. Prior to rejoining BCG, Graham worked in the NHS for 15 years. Most recently he was Chief Executive of University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust. Graham has also worked as a Director of Primary Care and Commissioning for a Health Authority where he developed the first LIFT scheme in the UK, the first primary care groups in the UK and worked on one of the first wave Health Action Zones. As a Senior Medical Officer at the Department of Health, he was responsible for performance managing the development of primary care in London.
Graham has experience of working on US healthcare reform policy for the Jackson Hole Group during the mid 1990s. Graham originally trained as a General Practitioner, with Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners, postgraduate diplomas in child health, obstetrics and gynaecology and immediate medical care as well as an MBA from INSEAD, France.
