Now working for the London Borough of Lambeth, Adrian has worked in local government across the country. Motivated by a strong belief in fairness and fascinated by what makes places unique, Adrian has worked with urban communities in the north playing a role in South Tyneside Council’s transformation, growing and prosperous rural communities in the east with Cambridgeshire County Council and now dynamic urban communities in inner London. Adrian continues to be a passionate advocate for change and innovation in local public services.

Having designed and delivered cross partnership public service transformation programmes, Adrian is now leading the development and implementation of a range of cooperative commissioning models in cultural and community services. At the heart of Lambeth’s Cooperative Council vision, pioneering work is changing patterns of service delivery through co-design and co-production with communities.
