Caroline has working in Community nursing in East Berkshire for the past 20 years firstly as a community nurse moving to a role as a District nursing sister. This is where she became increasingly involved in service and staff development, culmination in my present position as senior nurse High Tech care. The role includes service development including risk management, clinical governance and clinical audit for all aspects of “acute care closer to home.”

She is also been a member of the local Primary care Trusts Professional Executive committee (PEC) and more lately the Clinical Executive Committee (CEC) where she is involved in a number of areas relating to patient safety and clinical quality including review and closure of Serious incidents and sitting on the individual funding review committee.
