Jimmy Leach
Jimmy has spent the last ten years flitting between newspapers and government. After spending six years at guardian.co.uk Jimmy became head of digital communications at 10 Downing Street for Tony Blair and Gordon Brown. After leaving this role he became director for digital at Freud Communications, and then editorial director for digital at The Independent, before becoming head of digital diplomacy at the Foreign Office under David Miliband and William Hague.
He is now senior digital advisor at Portland Communications and director for digital engagement at Gems Education, and head of social media for the crowd-sourcing publisher, Unbound.
