Rachel has worked at Ruskin College for four years. Her background includes working in local government and education before moving into teaching. She is currently studying for her literacy specialism at West London College.

Key successes include being the principal author of the winning submission for a Beacon Award in Widening Participation and developing and maintaining successful, key partnerships for the college within the voluntary sector.
