Previous to joining the Midlands region Neil had held the post of Managing Director of Bramall Construction for the Yorkshire and East Midlands regions since 1997.

Keepmoat is a national market leader in community regeneration and housing solutions, which employs 3500 staff across 22 regional offices. The company, which turns over £1.2bn, is the result of a recent merger between Keepmoat Group and Apollo, both of whom have been and will continue to be fully committed to the investment into the construction industry through apprenticeships.

For the last few years Neil has been an ambassador for apprenticeships, having chaired the work and skills board as well as the economy board for Rotherham enabling him to influence and encourage local businesses and enterprises to follow suit and invest in apprenticeships.

With over 30 years experience within the construction industry Neil understands the value of apprenticeships. His passion for managing a business which is committed to developing young people at all levels is show throughout the region which currently has over 60 apprentices.
