Jake Broadhurst is the International Projects Manager, University of Edinburgh, where he helps implement the university’s internationalisation strategy.

A key focus of his work is supporting the University of Edinburgh Global Academies initiative - facilitating, co-ordinating and implementing cross-disciplinary responses to global challenges in health, development and environment.

Jake has extensive experience in participatory design of inter-disciplinary educational projects in the UK and internationally, including in Sub-Saharan Africa and South East Asia.

He has delivered workshops for Department for International Development, Global Health and Security Initiative and Welcome Trust consortia; and was a host at the Technology Entertainment and Design Global Conference in 2011. Jake has also worked in film and TV commercial production.
