Ian is Assistant Director of Education, Children’s and Cultural Services for the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, where he is responsible for sport and cultural services, as well as for strategy development, performance management and service improvement across the Council’s education and children’s services portfolio. Ian has had a broad career in public services having worked for the European Commission, a regional Government agency and a number of local authorities in London and the South East.
