John Booth
John Booth is the MD and principal consultant of Carbon3IT Ltd, a sustainable (green) IT consultancy.
He is a committee member on the BCS Green IT & Data Centre specialist groups as well as his local Coventry branch.
He has recently complete a tour of the BCS West Midlands branches speaking about Green IT and Data Centres, with particular attention paid to energy efficiency and the impact of data centres from both, their use as an enabler to measure and monitor impacts on the environment and their own impact on the environment.
Carbon3IT ltd is an endorser to the EU Code of Conduct for Data Centres (Energy Efficiency) and John is a certified CEEDA assessor (the BCS’s Certified Energy Efficiency Award for Data Centres) as well as a member of the EU Code of Conduct for Data Centres Best Practice Committee.
