Caroline is 22 years old and works for Rosy Apple Childcare Ltd as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and Trainee Business and Finance Manger. She has worked for the company for five years, since leaving school and has completed an apprenticeship and advanced apprenticeship in Business and Administration.

She is now currently studying with the Association of Accounting Technicians in the evenings and hopes to have completed her Level 4 Diploma in Accounting by July 2012. Caroline is responsible for the financial management of the company and leads a small team of staff. She also takes an active role within the company mentoring other young apprentices.
