Dionne Stephenson is a qualified social worker for over 15 years working for the London Borough of Camden as front-line social worker Child Protection, Children in Need and currently as a Team Manager Leaving Care Team (16+ Service).

Dionne is also a Cognitive Behavioural Coach and assists in the management of the LAC Academy Coaching Team which offers services to foster carers, social workers and young people.

Dionne has also worked as a Relate Marriage Guidance counsellor for six years and prior to qualifying as a residential assistant social worker and outreach worker in the London Borough of Hackney.
