Brendan is Head of Services to Young People for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, a service that provides a range of support and developmental opportunities for young people. He currently leads a project designed to examine the feasibility of taking the service out of the local authority and into a free standing social enterprise structure. The project is one of the Cabinet Office Employee Mutuals Pathfinders.
