Davina Tanner has been General Manager of Chapelfield Shopping Centre in Norwich since 2008.

Davina describes herself as a ‘businesswoman first’; but her social conscience and sense of community responsibility have manifested themselves in a variety of ways since she joined the Chapelfield team.

The Chapelfield Custody and Community Project (CCC), in partnership with HMP Norwich, has lead to Davina being recognised nationally for her innovative approach to reducing re-offending. The CCC Project provides work experience and permanent job opportunities for serving prisoners acting as a catalyst within the Norfolk business community. The project has recently won a prestigious Business In The Community ‘Big Tick’ in the Work Inclusion category. Davina is also a member of Business in the Community’s Leadership Team of the Employer’s Forum for Reducing Re-offending.
