Debbie has worked for the prison service for more than six years in the resettlement estate.

She manages all resettlement opportunities in the community for offenders to access via ROTL, with support from an effective peer led team of prisoners and a pro active social enterprise, 'A Fairer Chance'.

Every prisoner leaves the resettlement estate with secure accommodation on release; the skills to manage their life in the community and a network of support agencies to support them along the way. Part of the support agencies are our team of employers who work with the resettlement estate to sustain community work experience and paid work while still serving and continuing on release..
