Jennie leads Harrow Estates Plc (part of Redrow Plc) and is responsible for the expansion of the Harrow business and the day to day running of all major projects.

Jennie is responsible for overall management of land and property assets held within the company, working with Harrow’s multi-disciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes within budget and in a timely manner.

Jennie’s professional background has been in planning assessment and promotion, with a strong development focus. Her specialism is in ensuring that planning consents and development masterplans remain focused on deliverability, buildability and viability in changing market circumstances and achieving added value through the planning and development process. She has significant experience in complex regeneration schemes which include large elements of housing and is particularly skilled in the negotiation of s106 agreements.
