Glen is a former Social Worker (Melbourne) and Family Counsellor who originally trained in Behaviour Therapy and then pioneered new methodologies for researching children over 30 years ago.

Following an exciting career developing his own research companies in the commercial sector, Glen then set up a Think Tank called the Youth Research Forum, which is a nfp social enterprise.

The Forum produces and disseminates new information on social issues affecting children and young people and its outputs are distributed to a very wide international audience. Children and young people involved range from the disadvantaged to the exceptionally talented.
