Joe Shamash is Policy Advisor at the City & Guilds Centre for Skills Development, an international research and development organisation for vocational education and training.

Joe managed the Outside Chances research on offender learning and skills in the community project, conducted in partnership with De Montfort University.

Joe is now working with stakeholders to develop support materials for practitioners working with offender learners.
