Fabrice Henard

Fabrice Henard, Analyst in Higher Education, Directorate for Education, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)

Fabrice Hénard is an Analyst at the OECD progamme on higher education (IMHE), involved especially in institutional governance, quality teaching and management of internationalisation. He recently published “Learning our lessons: Quality teaching in higher education” and “Governance and quality assurance: a review on governance arrangements and quality assurance guidelines” (OECD, 2010). He is also part of the team steering the Assessment of Higher Education Learning Outcomes (AHELO) feasibility study.

Prior to IMHE, Fabrice was an evaluator officer at the French National Agency for the Evaluation of Research and Tertiary Education, carrying out institutional audits as well as transnational reviews on convergence of quality assurance systems and joint programme evaluation methodology in Bologna process countries. Previously Fabrice was a senior consultant in evaluation and policy design the Centre for European Evaluation Expertise.

A French native, Fabrice graduated from Sciences Po-Paris (international social sciences university) and holds a Master's Degree in Urban Policy from Sciences Po.
