Liu Yufeng is Division Chief and Research Professor, division of international cooperation and comparative education research, Central Institute for Vocational & Technical Education (CIVTE), Ministry of Education, P. R. China. From 1983 to 1990, Mrs Liu studied in Beijing Normal University and got bachlors and master’s degree of Education in 1987 and 1990 separately. As an international VET expert, she provided consultation for World Bank, ADB, EU, and Australia International VET projects many times. As a national VET expert, she always participated in research projects and provided consultancy services for important national VET policies and VET reforms in P. R. China. As the woman at the wheel, she always implemented national and ministrial level research projects; published more than 60 papers in China and foreign countries, and also published monograph.
