Marion Leducq is a Lecturer and Lead for Student Retention in the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Physiotherapy at the University of Nottingham. She is a registered nurse with a background in critical care nursing in the UK and Europe. Prior to moving into teaching at Nottingham in 1991, she worked as a clinical nurse specialist in critical care and maintains a special interest in intensive care delirium. Marion’s academic background is in psychology; she has a PhD in applied psychology and is a chartered psychologist. Her research interests are occupational stress and burnout, student retention, the student experience and engagement with work.
