Stuart Linn, Managing Director, Réseaulutions; Advisor to Powys County Council

Stuart heads Réseaulutions, which specialises in the design of effective bus networks.

Réseaulutions was the consultancy arm of Southern Vectis, the Isle of Wight-based bus company; its operational part was sold to the Go-Ahead Group in June 2005.

The consultancy business was started in the late 1990s. Clients include public authorities and operators across the UK as well as major European transport groups. Réseaulutions has provided bus network expertise to the large consultancy firms WSP Group and Scott Wilson including projects led by them in Essex, Surrey, Budapest and Bahrain.

Stuart held senior positions at Southern Vectis from January 1985 to July 2005; he started his career with Leicestershire County Council and National Bus Company. He has an MSc in Transportation and Traffic Planning from the University of Birmingham.
