Jonathan Jones
Jonathan Jones is the Programme Manager for the West Midlands Improvement and Efficiency Partnership, Jonathan began his procurement career in the NHS and joined Local Government in 1988. He has worked at Birmingham City Council and Wolverhampton City Council in various procurement related roles. In 2005 he joined the West Midlands Centre of Excellence (which later became West Midlands Improvement and Efficiency Partnership) as Programme Manager to deliver large scale savings for West Midlands Local Authorities. The West Midlands have now delivered over £20 million savings on home to school e-auctions in the last three years and have run over 40 e-auction events.
