Dr Wendy Jessiman, Lecturer in Midwifery Studies, University of Stirling

Wendy Jessiman is currently a Lecturer in Midwifery Studies at the University of Stirling in Scotland and is a Supervisor of Midwives with NHS Highland. Her research interests include the use of water in labour and the emotional and perinatal well-being of women. She leads workshops on labour in water and water birth for midwives and teaches on undergraduate programmes in midwifery and nursing. Wendy has a particular educational interest in how information technology can improve accessibility and opportunity for students.
