The Future of Adoption: Meeting the increased demand on the system
10 Jul 2012
Broadcast from London
Through the publication of the Adoption Action Plan, the Government is introducing measures to reduce delays in the adoption process. These reforms include measures to check progress based on 15 key performance indicators (KPIs). But how will councils and adoption agencies need to adapt their work processes? How will teams hit these KPIs while continuing to provide the best care provision?   By watching this one-day conference, you’ll learn from adoption teams highlighted as being 'outstanding' - based on the Government's 15 key performance indicators.   You’ll also be able to develop a winning strategy to ensure every child in your care has the best chance to find the right parents fast.
