Dr Alex Buckley
Dr Alex Buckley works in the Student Surveys team at the HEA, and leads on their support for institutions around using undergraduate survey data for enhancement.
In 2012 he published Making it count: Reflecting on the NSS in the process of enhancement. In 2013 he coordinated a national pilot of selected items from the National Survey of Student Engagement, reported in Engagement for enhancement: Report of a UK survey pilot.
As well as student surveys, he also works on conceptual and political aspects of student engagement.
