Susanna’s previous roles include being an Associate at the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement, a service development lead in Redbridge social services and a policy researcher at the King’s Fund. Her interest in end of life care originated from work she lead in the NHS Modernisation Agency “A matter of life and death” which focused on improvements in patient safety and end of life care. She has a BSc in Human Biology from Kings College London and an MSc in Operational Research from London School of Economics.
