After studying Engineering at Queen Marys, Abi worked at Reuters for 9 years in a variety of roles in their Scientific & Engineering Information Division. After becoming increasingly interested in employer supported education she moved to City & Guilds as their Engineering Qualifications Development Manager. Later she joined the new UK ComMsion for Employment and Skills advising on the UKVQRP reform programme.
